Blueberry Balsamic Dressing

Blueberry Balsamic Dressing

Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:

1 garlic clove minced
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1tsp. miso
1 tbs. blueberry jam
sea salt if needed


Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Season to taste with salt.

  6. Dried fruit (especially raisins, craisins, and currants) are great in salad. We should try some next time.

  8. It tastes great with the apple salad. It was great. I want to tell the chef at Junipers Fare(where my mom works) It would taste great on spinach salad!

  9. @ Erin: Bok Choy is the other green we planted. Remember? It's got a thick white stem and really tiny seeds?

    Also, Matthew, I liked the way the blueberries made it taste!

  10. I loved how we could choose the different things to put on top. I think I would like the salad a little better if it had less dressing. Overall I loved it.
